A-Mei excited for the chance to perform Disney songs
15 Nov – Taiwanese singer A-Mei recently expressed her elation for the opportunity to collaborate with Disney+ for the "A Night of Disney+ Dream Night" project.
As reported on Epoch Times, the singer, who got to perform a number of popular Disney songs, stated that it was a dream come true for her to be a part of the performance.
"What excited me most was re-interpreting The Lion King's "Circle of Life" and recording "Into the Unknown" from Frozen 2," she enthused. "Elsa's perseverance and uniqueness is shown in this song and singing it is an unforgettable experience. It feels like I have also entered into a magical world."
A-Mei also performed several other songs including "How Far It Goes" and "When You Wish Upon A Star".
The "A Night of Disney+ Dream Night" was produced by music producer Keith Chan, who has composed countless theme songs for more than 20 years.
A-Mei was also accompanied by The Puzangalan Children's Choir, who also performed the theme to "Star Wars", "Circle of Life" and "You Got a Friend in Me", aside from singer E.SO, who performed, "Life is a Movie"
