This week pictures have been released showing Meghan Markle and Prince Harry venture out twice in Los Angeles to deliver meals to vulnerable people.

For both occasions the Duchess of Sussex, 38, ensured she was comfy on her feet in the same affordable style of classic white trainers.

The royal mum is a fan of Adidas’ Stan Smith footwear - and has worn the iconic style for many years.

However, eagle-eyed fashion fans have noticed that she didn’t wear exactly the same pair for both outings.

On Wednesday, the duchess took food packages to the Sierra Bonita Community Apartments in West Hollywood with the Duke of Sussex, 35, on behalf of non-profit organisation Project Angel Food.

Along with a loose white shirt, black slim-fit jeans, a blue baseball cap and a white mask, Meghan wore a pair of vegan Stan Smith shoes from British fashion designer Stella McCartney’s collaboration with the brand - retailing at £235.

A day later, for another charity expedition, she wore a black top, pair of khaki jogging bottoms from James Perse, and the same blue baseball cap as well as a white mask to cover her mouth, along with a pair of Stan Smith originals with bright green detailing, which usually cost more than £70.

However, the latter are currently available in adult sizes on Amazon for just under £50, with an identical children’s version priced at £35.

Meghan has been wearing the style for many years, including for an official engagement to Abel Tasman National Park during a tour of New Zealand in 2018 when she slipped on the Stella McCartney pair.

During the same trip, in Australia, the duchess caused a stir when she wore a pair of vegan Veja V-10 trainers - which have since become one of the most searched-for sneakers online.

Earlier this year, Amazon also started selling Kate Middleton’s favourite trainers at a reduced price.

The Superga 2750 Cotu Classic, which usually cost £55, are being sold on the site for £38.

Last year, the Duchess of Cambridge wore the affordable shoe for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
