Prince Harry married Meghan Markle on Saturday in a star-studded, action-packed ceremony that left many of us standing in a puddle of tears. It was glorious! Then, later that day, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex headed to the first of their receptions, where Prince Charles gave a speech that brought the house down.

Then, the Meghan and Harry had a small break to get ready for their evening reception, during which time they really turned it out in a gorgeous Stella McCartney dress for her and luxe tux for him.

Then they arrived at Frogmore House in an E-Type Jaguar modified with an electric engine for the evening reception, and all hell broke lose! JK JK, but it does sound like a wild time was had by all. Let's discuss.

1. The first dance song was Whitney Houston's iconic, "I Wanna Dance With Somebody."

Since we couldn't be there, here's the second best thing:

2. The DJ also played Pippa Middleton's wedding.

The party had plenty of house music (Harry's fave!) from a DJ who also played at Pippa Middleton‘s wedding! I also poached the musicians from a friend's wedding for my own! I'm just like Harry!

3. James Corden hosted and Elton John played again.

The late night funny (?) man was the evening's MC, and Sir Elton John played a medley of four of his hits - "Your Song," "Tiny Dancer," "Circle Of Life," and "I'm Still Standing" - after a grinning Harry asked the audience, "Can anyone play the piano?" GOOD ONE, HARRY!

4. The cocktails were a play on Harry's hair color.

There was a "rinks of the World-themed bar, and it included a ginger and rum cocktail, in a hilarious tribute to the groom’s red hair. It was named “When Harry Met Meghan.” Awww.

5. Prince William gave a "naughty" speech.

Apparently Prince William apparently gave a very "naughty" speech during the evening dinner, but there are no details beyond that! It's killing me!

6. There were fireworks!

And they were gorgeous:

7. The food was IMPRESSIVE.

According to the Daily Mail, Harry and Meghan served their guests organic canapes earlier in the evening, and then kept the party going with midnight snacks of "dirty burgers" and candyfloss.

8. And after the party, there *was* an after-party.

Following the late night reception, lots of guests (we're not sure if Meghan and Harry are included in this) went to London for an "after-after party" which took place the uber-fancy Chiltern Firehouse in Marylebone, with a separate party "planned in a soundproofed private home in Chelsea." Dang!
