Meet Will Ferrell's Passive Aggressive Santa in 'Daddy's Home'
Ho, ho… oh no. In this exclusive clip from the forthcoming Christmastime comedy Daddy’s Home, Will Ferrell plays a bad Santa. He stars as a radio exec named Brad who has just married the woman of his dreams: Sara, played by Linda Cardellini. The thing is, she has two children from a previous relationship with a freewheeling guy named Dusty (Mark Wahlberg), who hasn’t been around much… until now. Trying to shake off Dusty, Brad vies for the attention of his stepkids — at the expense of their unreliable birth dad.
Tossing insults, Santa, ahem, Brad does everything in his power to make Dusty look bad in front of his own kids on Christmas morning. That’s definitely hitting below the belt there, Santa!
