13 Mar – Matteo Guidicelli is not holding a wedding ceremony with wife Sarah Geronimo in Italy as previously rumoured.

dAs reported on Push, this was confirmed by ABS-CBN News' MJ Felipe through Twitter on 10 March, who shared that he was informed about it straight from the horse's mouth.

He wrote, "With the development that some areas in Italy have been locked down, I asked Matteo if plans for a wedding in Italy would still push [through]. He clarified that there were no plans of a wedding in Italy to begin with. Even before the issue of the COViD-19."

It is noted that Italy is currently the country with the second highest cases of COVID-19 following China, with more than 600 deaths out of 10,149 cases.

Guidicelli and Geronimo tied the knot in a secret ceremony held in Taguig on 20 February.
