Marian Rivera to return with "The Good Teacher"
25 Apr - Marian Rivera, who previously announced that she is making her drama comeback, is set to star in the new Kapuso drama, "The Good Teacher", PEP reported.
According to an article on GMA Network, the Kapuso Primetime Queen will mark her much-awaited comeback on Primetime Telebabad through the said drama, although no further details have been given regarding the project.
However, according to Rivera in a past interview, her new drama will cater to kids.
On the other hand, her husband Dingdong Dantes will also return in the second season (or Book 2) of his 2016 show, "Alyas Robin Hood", which previously ended in a cliffhanger.
Andrea Torres will also return as Dantes' leading lady, Venus.
Since the couple previously shared that they will take turns in filming their dramas so that one parent can take care of daughter Zia while the other works, there may not be a DongYan drama anytime soon.
