Marian Rivera prepares menudo for frontliners

3 Apr – Kapuso queen Marian Rivera recently decided to get back into the kitchen to cook for the medical frontliners who have been working hard to treat people battling COVID-19.

On 1 April, the actress shared a video of her cooking menudo all by herself, packing it and writing a note that read, "We honour you for your service. Thank you so much."

She posted, "Nanay Ingkang's Menudo. Kitchen duties for our dear frontliners at the Quezon City General Hospital today who are sacrificing so much for us. Tonight's meal for them is our family's specialty- Menudo- a recipe that's been passed on by my nanay."

She also reminded her fans to always stay safe during the pandemic.

Husband Dingdong Dantes also posted a photo of Rivera at work, writing, "Our favourite Menudo by Nanay Ingkang - our little offering to our frontliners at Quezon City General Hospital tonight. Thank you for your dedication to all of us. We pray for your strength as we face and overcome this crisis."
