Marian Rivera has no plans for baby number two for now

The actress wants to focus on her acting comeback before planning for another baby

26 May - Marian Rivera is saying no to another pregnancy, at least for the time being, so that she could make her acting comeback and regain the title as Kapuso Primetime Queen.

As reported on PEP News, the actress who is currently filming a new drama, hosting "Sunday PinaSaya", and narrating GMA's new serial, "Tadhana", shared that she would like to focus on her career now after a two-year hiatus since giving birth to her daughter Zia.

"It's been two years, so it's time to work again. I couldn't work properly when I was pregnant. Let me do some soap [operas] first," she said.

However, Rivera said that this doesn't mean she is saying no to another child, adding that she has already made some space for future children.

"Of course, I have always dreamed of having a lot of children," she said.

As for filming her new drama, Rivera admitted that she would experience separation anxiety from being away from her daughter. Fortunately, husband Dingdong Dantes will be taking over the role as a parent for the time being.

When asked why she wouldn't just bring Zia to the set, Rivera responded that it will only make it harder for her to concentrate on her job.
