Marian Rivera's horror project shelved due to pregnancy

19 Nov – Marian Rivera recently revealed that she was originally scheduled to film a horror movie prior to finding out about her pregnancy.

As reported on PEP, the actress, who spoke about the shelved project, shared that she decided not to do the project, which was supposed to be released at the end of the year, after discussing with her management company, Triple A.

"I told Triple A that I could not do it because the movie was very challenging. It is not advisable for a pregnant woman to do this kind of movie," she said.

Rivera revealed that she was also scheduled to hold a press conference for the said project, which was then cancelled following her withdrawal.

"We were going to do a look test, a press conference, but we cancelled everything. But I'm thankful to my Triple A family especially with Mr. T [Antonio Tuviera], Director Mike [Tuviera] for understanding my priority," she said.

Her last movie was a cameo in the AlDub film, "Imagine You and Me".
