The actor made an entrance at the Theatre at Ace Hotel in a cool all-black look composed of a skintight black corset top and … unbuttoned pants. The silky top had transparent panels, a cupped bra, and a gold hardware embellishment at the center. The pants, meanwhile, were black, oversize, ultra wide-leg trousers. They were left unzipped, revealing the corset top in full. The full look was pulled from Schiaparelli’s Fall/Winter 2023 Couture runway.
Robbie accessorized the monochrome look with a three-strand beaded gold necklace and a gold ring. She wore bronzy bombshell glam, a glossy coral lip, and a wavy hairdo.
Saltburn—a dark psychological thriller written, directed, and produced by Emerald Fennell—is set in England in the mid-2000s. The story follows a university student who, after spending time with an aristocratic schoolmate and his wealthy family, becomes infatuated with their eccentric lifestyle.
Along with Robbie, the movie stars Barry Keoghan, Jacob Elordi, Rosamund Pike, Richard E. Grant, Alison Oliver, and Archie Madekwe. The film had its world premiere at the 50th Telluride Film Festival this August, and is scheduled to be released in the U.S. and U.K. this Friday, November 17, before expanding wide on November 22.
Saltburn is Robbie’s first film project since Barbie, where she played the lead as the iconic Mattel doll, and which broke records worldwide.
