25 Aug – Producer Marco Law admits that there is no way the sequel of his 2019 series, "Big White Duel" will be able to complete anytime this year, what with the current pandemic.
As reported on On CC, the TVB producer who originally scheduled for the sequel to be filmed in October in mainland China, recently stated that the series may only begin filming in November the soonest.
"We also have to wait for [lead actor] Kenneth Ma to finish filming his other series, "Children's Hospital" first before we can start. There is also the issue of going to the mainland to shoot it. We can't do that for the time being and will not be able to do so until the beginning of 2021 at the earliest," he said.
Marco added that there is nothing else that the production could do but to hope for the pandemic to subside soon.
It was previously reported that the medical drama will see the return of Roger Kwok, Kenneth Ma and Natalie Tong, with the addition of new cast members Moses Chan and Nancy Wu.
