People are taking the new Avengers: Endgame film next-level-seriously.

One woman’s tweet went viral after her boyfriend shared some pretty strict rules about their cinema trip, and now this teacher is following in his footsteps.

The teacher had committed to watching Avengers: Endgame with his brother who was away on business.

This meant he wasn’t able to watch the new Marvel film on the day it came out.

He was a man with a plan, though. He wrote very clear instructions to the pupils who were coming into his classroom and taped them it to the door.

The note said: “My little brother is in Tampa on a business trip. I am waiting until he gets back to see Avengers: Endgame. That will be on Wednesday night at the soonest.”

“Do not discuss anything about it anywhere near my classroom until this sign comes down. You know how much I love Marvel comics. So help me Jeebus, if any one of you spoils a single frame of this movie for me.”

“I promise I will make you wish that Thanos snapped your narrow a**.”

One of his pupils shared the note on Twitter, with the caption, “my teacher is so serious he just had to make a note of it”.

It has since been shared over 300,000 times.

People bombarded the girl’s tweet with comments. One man said: “I swear these fun teachers who actually love what they do and love their students makes students want to learn. If every teacher was fun and chill like this one. Learning would be simple and more effective.”

Not everybody shared his sentiment, though. One man wrote: “Worst teacher ever.”

Some of the negative comments forced the original tweeter to issue a second tweet: “WE TOOK NO OFFENSE TO WHAT THE TEACHER SAID. SO PLEASE STOP SAYING ITS BULLYING OR WHATSOEVER. ITS ALL HUMOUR [sic] GUYS!”
