Maja Salvador establishes a management agency
18 Mar - After revealing that she is now a freelance artiste, Maja Salvador recently announced that she has started her own management company.
On 16 March, the actress shared the good news on social media, writing, "I am so excited for the new phase of my career and to see where it will take me. As I continue here in the industry, I think the best move for me now is to manage myself. And for me to do this successfully, I put up Crown Artist Management Inc. with the people close to my heart.".
In the same post, Salvador stressed that she is forever grateful for all the love given to her by her former management agency Star Magic, adding that they have given her the opportunities to work with all the talents in the industry.
"Who I am now, I owe to them and ABS-CBN for their guidance and confidence in my ability," she added.
"In this big step with my own management company, I hope you will continue to support me in this new journey of mine trying to make other people's dreams come true as well, just like you fulfilled my own dream. Thank you very much."
In a previous interview, Salvador revealed that her contract with Star Magic expired back in July, even before ABS-CBN was facing the franchise renewal issue. She then decided to follow former Star Magic head Johnny Manahan when the latter offered her a place in his new variety show on TV5.
