M&S is selling the most adorable musical biscuit tins this Christmas. Shaped like beautiful townhouses, each winds up with an old world charm, to play a festive tune.

Filled with tiny luxury all-butter shortbread houses, the tins come in three beautiful colours; a festive red, a glistening gold and a wintery teal. No one would guess the picture-perfect tins cost just £5.

They look gorgeous solo or as a set and are the perfect small gift for neighbours, colleagues, teachers, or other members of our communities we want to show our gratitude to this year.

The labelling is fully removable so once all the biscuits are gone you'll be left with beautiful tin houses you can get out every Christmas to fill with goodies and delight family and guests with the tinkling carols.

We've all had that moment a cousin or family friend we weren't expecting pops over to drop off a bottle or a box of chocolates, hand delivering their tasteful Christmas cards and potentially even some homemade mince pies. Instead of scrambling to find a Panettone to re-gift, stock up on a few of these beautiful tins and you'll always have a well-received gift to hand.

But be sure to buy one for yourself too or you'll struggle to part with them!

Shortbread musical house tins are available in M&S stores across the country now, £5, 230g (£2.18 per 100g)
