Luke Evans, Daisy Ridley, Josh Gad team up for comedy

For the first time ever the three will be working together on a project

This will be the first time that Luke Evans, Daisy Ridley and Josh Gad are working together as a trio.

20 Oct – A new comedy film starring an unlikely team-up of Luke Evans, Daisy Ridley and Josh Gad is coming our way, and we all have the voice of Olaf to thank for it.

A brainchild of Gad, the project was first put together at his Angry Child Productions Label, with the "Wedding Ringer" actor then embarking on a search for both its writers and cast, according to Deadline.

Having found chemistry while starring in Disney's live-action adaptation of "Beauty and the Beast" with Luke Evans and appearing next with Daisy Ridley in the upcoming "Murder on the Orient Express", the 36-year-old actor need not look further for his new project's stars.

Described as a "character-driven comedy that takes an original spin on the superhero genre", the yet-to-be-titled film will also have the twin writers of "Moana" and upcoming Shailene Woodley-starrer "Adrift", Aaron and Jordan Kandell, on board to pen its screenplay.

While waiting for more news on this exciting new work, fans can look forward to seeing Gad and Ridley in the remake of "Murder on the Orient Express" when it opens in cinemas this 9 November in Cambodia, and 30 November in Malaysia and Singapore.

Ridley can also be seen in the upcoming instalment of the popular intergalactic franchise when "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" comes to theatres this 14 December.
