Louisa Mak: I am more nervous about my second project!

21 Jul - Although "Bet Hur" was her first ever TVB drama since she joined the company, Miss Hong Kong 2015 Louisa Mak admitted that it was not as stressful as her second drama, "Line Walker: The Prelude".

As reported on Mingpao, the rookie actress who sat down for an interview to promote the new drama recently, shared that she didn't give herself much pressure when she started filming the Wong Jing project, even though she was nervous about working alongside big stars like Patrick Tse and Monica Chan.

"Maybe because it was my first drama, or the fact that I was a new actor, so everybody was very accommodating towards me," she said.

However, the beauty queen stated that things became different when she started filming her sophomore project.

"It wasn't the "first drama" anymore. There is no "new actor" shield to protect me," she said.

On the other hand, when asked whether she is worried about being criticised by viewers, the actress said that her character in the drama is too small to even gain attention from the public.

"I also trust that people will tell me if there is anything wrong with my acting, so that I can improve. I think we should accept our own weakness, and to accept that we can't be great at everything. We need to accept that it's a process," she said.
