Louisa So has high hopes for "The Forgotten Valley"

16 Jan – Louisa So has high hopes for her TVB drama, "The Forgotten Valley", saying that it is her best work yet.

As reported on Mingpao, the actress who was in TVB City to promote the upcoming drama, shared that the drama is unique in its depiction of female empowerment, where a group of women in the early years of the Republic of China band together to fight their oppressors.

"I want to praise the producer for the choice of casting this time. Although the shoot was hard, we also worked very hard to give our best performance. I really hope that the audience would like it," she said.

When asked if she is confident about the viewership ratings, Louisa said that it would be a hard thing to predict.

"It's hard to say, but I am confident with the drama quality," she added.

The upcoming suspense drama, which revolves around a village where men hold power and women's voices are unheard, co-stars Grace Chan, Rebecca Zhu, Katy Kung, Zoie Tam, and Toby Chan.
