The Louis Vuitton spring/summer 2018 collection is basically a super-high-end vacation in clothing form. Colorful tropical prints. Artfully crafted luggage. It's all the stuff you'd bring with you on an excursion somewhere warm and luxurious. So it makes a whole lot of sense that the label is leaning into the travel theme by taking the show on the road with a series of pop-up shops across the United States - and dropping a bunch of exclusive product at each one.

A VW Bus was completely customized for the journey, which kicks off January 10 at the Louis Vuitton store in Miami's Design District. It'll stay parked at that location until January 22. After that, things roll over to Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles from January 26 - February 5. From there, it's even further west to Hawaii Ala Moana from February 15 - 22. (We're going to assume the LV team hasn't figured out how to drive a VW Bus on water yet, so there's probably a plane or boat in the mix at this point.)

At each location, customers will receive a custom Vuitton bumper sticker with their purchases. And believe us, there are more than a few purchases to be made. Along with clothes from the latest collection - which are pre-launching in Miami on January 10 before the global launch on January 19 - there's a grip of limited-edition product available. That runs the gamut from apparel like open-sided bomber jackets and reflective Hawaiian shirts to special luggage makeups and even surfboards.

If you're not able to make it out to any of those limited-time-only stops, there's another pop-up happening at 655 Madison Avenue in New York that's not quite as truncated. The space, which is exclusively dedicated to the men's spring/summer 2018 collection, will be open from January 19 until March 15. There won't be a custom-painted VW Bus sitting outside, but one of the brand's killer tropical shirts is a pretty damn good consolation prize, if you ask us.
