Louis Koo sings duet with Kay Tse in new song

16 Nov – Louis Koo recently surprised many by revealing that he has recorded a duet with Kay Tse on her new single, "(One Man) One Woman and a Bathroom".

As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who has not released a new song for many years now, recently appeared alongside Kay to film the music video, and revealed that he plays the role of Kay's second husband Lam Ting Ling in the song.

It is noted that Kay's producer Juno Mak previously revealed that the singer's new release will have a musical theme, in which all the songs are intertwined through the story of Kay's character. Juno himself plays the role of Tung Chit in the songs, the husband of Kay's Po Ming Sam character.

Speaking about Louis's character, Kay shared that Lam Ting Ling is different from Tung Chit in that he is nearly perfect - attentive, respectful and loving.

Said Louis, he was interested in the project because of its movie theme.

"It is not just a pop song. It is a performance and there's a story, like a film. This is why I've decided to try it. If there is a film adaptation, I will look forward to it," he added.

However, Louis stressed that he has no plans to perform the song when Kay mentioned that she would like to sing it on stage.

"Do whatever you want, but don't ask me to sing live," he said.
