Louis Cheung has no plans for a third child
28 Mar - Hong Kong actor Louis Cheung is overjoyed with the birth of his second child and first daughter, Karina.
As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who accepted an interview after the surgery, revealed that his daughter was born on the afternoon pf 23 March, and that he was lucky to be able to witness the whole process.
"I was responsible for cutting the umbilical cord. I only succeeded after three times," he said.
As for the baby's name, Louis said that they have decided to give her the Chinese name, Cheung Ching.
As for the name "Karina", Louis said that during the first month of Kay's pregnancy, he had a dream of a girl who introduced herself as Karina. It was also befitting to the mother's own name, Kay.
"My daughter is very smart. She came into my dreams so that I would name her according to her own choice," he joked.
On the other hand, Louis said that his wife will be taking another year off to take care of their baby girl. The couple also has no plans to add another member to the family, saying that being blessed with a daughter eight years after they had a son have completed the family.
