Lord of The Rings cast to reunite virtually for an epic video chat

The people would like to thank actor Josh Gad for bringing together some of today’s greatest acts in one video!

As part of his Reunited Apart YouTube series, Gad has roped in cast members Tom Hanks and Daryl Hannah, and director Ron Howard of Splash, as well as Christopher Lloyd and Michael J. Fox from the Back To The Future series.

For his next epic video, he managed to bring the fellowship back together for one last quest – by having Sean Astin, Elijah Wood, Dominic Monaghan, Billy Boyd, Orlando Bloom and Sir Ian McKellen all on the same video call.

No word yet if Viggo Mortensen or Sean Bean will be making appearances, but we can hope.

For his quaranstream series, Gad matches a charity organisation to each episode and encourages not just the viewers, but the actors themselves to donate for a good cause.
