London Fashion Week: the fantasy wedding according to Richard Quinn
As London's Fashion Week draws to a close, Richard Quinn created a sensation at the end of the day on Monday, September 16, with a grandiose, fantastical runway show. Paris Modes TV's Natalia Grgona reports.
In one of London Fashion Week's last shows, the young British designer delivered panache and magic. Now known for his large floral prints on spectacular dresses and for having had the Queen of England in his front row last year, he's continuing along his path, having invited the Philharmonia Orchestra and the Bach Choir to a sporting venue for his show.
The show's finale particularly attracted attention, with little girls playing maids of honor in little hooded jackets covered with feathers. They were followed by several models in white and silver dresses. Like brides out of a painting, they heralded the evolution of Richard Quinn's offering and the possibility of a future wedding range.
