The Location of HGTV’s 2022 Dream Home Has Been Revealed
It’s almost a new year, so you know what that means: It’s time for HGTV’s next annual Dream Home sweepstakes. Every year, one family has the opportunity to score a brand-new, fully-furnished home built from the ground up. The network’s 2021 sweepstakes has wrapped up, and its 2022 Dream Home was just revealed as a cabin in Vermont—aka an idyllic escape immersed in nature that any outdoorsy-type would adore.
Located in Warren, Vermont—a mountain town, where skiing and outdoor activities are plenty—the network’s 26th Dream Home is a two-story, luxe cabin. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home is spread across 3,090 square feet and boasts an A-frame, black Scandinavian exterior. Interior designer Brian Patrick Flynn decorated the home—making this the sixth one he’s worked on. Dylan Eastman designed it, and the builder Big Country Built constructed it, according to HGTV.
The abode truly has it all: large windows, white-oak hardwood floors, high-end appliances, an outdoor fire pit, and more. The interior, of course, has a nature-inspired palette with subtle nods to an outdoorsy life. Get a first look at 60 photos of the dreamy home here.
