Located at 9 East 92nd Street (between Madison and Fifth avenues), the 7,205-square-foot pad was built in 1901 and boasts seven bedrooms, seven full baths, and two half baths. Paltrow lived at the sprawling residence with her parents—director Bruce Paltrow and fellow actress Blythe Danner, along with her brother, Jake—from 1984 to 1992.

Among the townhome's myriad amenities are a private garden, a deck, and a terrace—as well as six wood-burning fireplaces, an eat-in chef’s kitchen, and towering ceilings. And did we mention the library (which boasts its own wet bar)?

The dwelling last sold for $4.725 million in 2009. Paula Del Nunzio of Brown Harris Stevens holds the listing, which you can take a look at here. And if you're in the market for a more affordable Gwyneth Paltrow-approved pad, the Goop founder's early childhood home in Brentwood, California, is also on the market for only $3.2 million.

(Not in the market for a new home? Perhaps you should be. Find out why the actress' intimacy coach encourages you to live apart from your partner!)
