Linda Hashim to make acting comeback
15 Mar – After four years of hiatus, actress Linda Hashim recently announced that she is making her acting comeback.
The "Misi Xx Ray" actress shared the good news on social media on 13 March by posting a script for a television drama titled, "Rindu Yang Hilang", and revealed that she will be returning through the said project with Bright Network.
"Sorry to all the producers who asked me before, but I had to say no because I needed to focus on my kids first. But after declining several projects and then receiving a five digit offer for it, it felt like I would be saying no to God's blessings if I rejected it," she wrote.
Linda also stated that she really missed going to work on set and meeting with friends, and will be doing her best to balance her work and family life with the help of her actor husband Beego.
"The question is how would my acting be now that it's been four years? Will it be okay or not?" she added in jest.
The former model, who tied the knot with Beego - real name Mohamad Aszerul Nizam Abdullah - had slowed down her career when she first gave birth to her daughter Jelita Clarissa.
Linda and Beego are now parents to three daughters, including 5 year-old Anggun Cassandra, and 2 year-old Indah Camelia.
