Demi Moore, 59, is 'soaking up summer' in a pink bikini
Demi Moore is pure joy.
The actor, 59, was all smiles over the weekend while enjoying a boat ride near a beautiful coastline. Naturally, the ageless beauty took the opportunity to show off her tight abs, glowing skin and long legs as she posed in a pink bikini.
“Soaking up summer,” Moore captioned the photo, which shows her standing on a boat as her black hair flows past her shoulders.
The post generated a number of comments praising her youthful physique and vivacious spirit.
“Of all the stars in the universe you are the most beautiful of all,” one commenter wrote while another added, “Beautiful lady.”
“Love the pink…. you look fantastic,” a fan wrote.
“You look so happy,” added another.
“Packing a bikini with the best of them,” another chimed in.
Indeed, Moore is aging like fine wine, and she hasn’t been shy to talk about it. In July, the star spoke about how “liberating” it feels to embrace her age as her 60th birthday approaches in November.
"Not being defined by a number and instead being defined by my experience," she told People about what she is most looking forward to about the big 6-0. "You hit 59 and you're already thinking, 'Well, I'm going to be 60.' It feels very liberating."
Despite her confidence, the actor admitted it’s still hard to grasp that anyone would consider a sex symbol at 59 years old.
"To hear that in relation to yourself seems a bit out-of-body," she said. "I feel flattered and a bit like, that doesn't feel like me, but I like it. To me, what an icon has always signified is somebody who's paved a way and marked something that has moved people or had impact that has been positive. And in that regard, I feel really proud to be put in a category that would be related to that."
