Li Ronghao doesn't know why he kissed Rainie Yang either
21 Sep - Chinese singer Li Ronghao admitted that he is confused himself as to why he decided to kiss girlfriend and guest performer Rainie Yang on the cheek in front of the fans during his recent concert at the Taipei Arena.
As reported on Apple Daily, the singer, who spoke to the media about the romantic gesture after the concert, stated that he didn't think of anything at the time.
"I don't know why either. I could feel her near me, and suddenly my mind goes blank [and I kissed her]," he said.
When mentioned that Rainie looked surprised and embarrassed in the photos from the concert, Li said that he is to blame for that, as the kiss wasn't planned.
Li also revealed that Rainie's performance was a secret even to his friends, and that even his drummer found it weird that the song's key pitch was different during rehearsal.
"It was only at 2pm on the concert day that I told the musicians that Rainie and I will be performing together with no rehearsal," he added.
On the other hand, when asked whether he and Rainie have plans to get married anytime soon, Li said that they have yet to discuss it.
"We don't have a lot of time to meet. She's been busy with movies and TV dramas, while I have been focusing on my tour. We haven't had much time to meet and discuss this topic," he said.
