Li Chen and Fan Bingbing are engaged!
18 Sep - In a manner that resembled Wang Feng's proposal to Zhang Ziyi, Chinese actor Li Chen recently popped the question to his girlfriend of two years, Fan Bingbing at her 36th birthday party.
As reported on Mingpao, the actor shared the good news on 16 September by posting several photos from the party - including one where he went on one knee to propose to the actress.
He captioned the photos, "Us, forever". Fan soon forwarded the post to her own social media accounts, and wrote, "Forever, and ever".
In a different post shared on 17 September, Fan wrote, "I think my life is already perfect. I don't need the stars in the heaven. I just want happiness on earth. I am very happy and very lucky. Thank you for loving me!"
Li and Fan started dating back in 2015, after working together in "The Empress of China". In a previous interview, Fan admitted that it was she who approached Li, saying that she fell in love with his kindness and sense of humour.
