For those unfamiliar with the hate against Jones, over the summer, conservative editor Milo Yiannopoulos began encouraging followers to attack Jones’ Twitter with a barrage of insults and threats. The hate began following the announcement of the all-female Ghostbusters reboot last year and heightened before the July release of the film. In September, Jones’ website was hacked and her personal information, as well as nude photos, were published.

But Jones has NO time for these trolls.

“All they did was release some nude pics of me, which is nothing because I don’t know if y’all know this about me but I ain’t shy,” she told Jost. “I am very comfortable with who I am. I am an open book.”

The comedian, got real with Josh and viewers, all while maintaining her hilarious composure. She continued,

“What I’m trying to say is, if you want to hurt anybody these days you’re going to have to do way more than leak their nudes or call them names. You can’t embarrass me more than I have embarrassed myself. I know all the details because I was there.”

Jones capped off an incredibly poignant speech with an inspirational message about confidence. She said,

“So trust me, at a certain point, you stop being embarrassed and start being you and I have been me for forty-nine years. The only person who can hack me is me.”
