Leo Ku is happy to complete all five HK Coliseum shows

18 May – Hong Kong singer Leo Ku is breathing a sigh of relief that his Hong Kong Coliseum shows are now completed, though it would take a longer time for his neck injury to heal.

As reported on Mingpao, the singer, who attended the celebratory party following his last show, said that he is thankful to be able to complete all of his five shows despite his stage accident.

It was previously reported that Leo fell down the lift shaft while performing on the second night of his concert.

"I was lucky that I fell on my back. If I fell head, hands or feet first, the consequences might have been more serious," he said.

Leo said that he immediately went for a check-up with the medical team on site, and decided to continue with his show upon being told there was no major injury.

"After going to the hospital, I would invite a therapist to help me relax my neck and shoulder every night after the show. The doctor told me that the neck injury will take two weeks to heal, but I still have to do a show in Zhanjiang," he said.
