LeAnn Rimes Shares Rare Photo With Her Husband's Ex in Honor of Mother's Day
LeAnn Rimes, Brandi Glanville, and Eddie Cibrian are all about their modern family.
In honor of Mother's Day the country singer shared a photo of her husband along with his two sons — Mason and Jake — and ex-wife Brandi. Also in the photo were Eddie's parents, Hortensia and Carl. For the caption, LeAnn went with a simple: "Happy Mother's Day." While Brandi, who also shared the picture to her Instagram wrote, "#ModernFamily Today was a great day. I love this crew (honestly)."
Both posts were flooded with comments about how awesome it is to see the entire family together and happy. "Love this full circle," one person wrote. "So wonderful to see you celebrating Mother’s Day as one family with your boys happiness being the priority," said another. "I to went to lunch and celebrated Mother's Day with my Husbands 1st wife. I feel blessed that we can all get along and share events together," one person shared.
Brandi and Eddie were married for eight years before he met LeAnn on the set of Lifetime's Northern Lights. At the time, LeAnn was also married to backup singer Dean Sheremet. While rumors swirled about LeAnn and Eddie's relationship early on, LeAnn did an interview with E! News in 2012, revealing the two never wanted to hurt anyone.
"I wish I handled it differently because I wish it could've been better for me, for Brandi, for Dean, for Eddie and for everyone else," she said. "I know in this situation it's gonna take some time, all I wish is that everyone that was hurt, that we hurt, that I hurt, can be happy."
Thankfully, it seems, any hurt feelings are mended as Brandi also shared a photo of the two celebrating Christmas together.
So, while the three of them have faced some major ups and downs over the years, it's clear to see this family has nothing but love for one another.
