Leading London hair stylist to open salon at The Lanesborough hotel
London's leading hair colourist is set to launch an elegant new hair salon at the five-star Lanesborough hotel.
The new venture by stylist Daniel Galvin Jr will offer colour, cut and blow dry services to guests at the luxury Hyde Park hotel, and will take bookings from members of the public when it opens in August this year.
Customers will also be able to choose from a bespoke menu of special services, including options such as highlights, vegetable dyes, colour correction, bridal hair, hair spa treatments, hair up and a silver fox treatment for men.
Galvin Jr himself will be available by private appointment, although most visitors to the salon will be seen to by a hand-selected team of top stylists and colourists.

The fourth-generation hairdresser is part of the renowned Galvin dynasty of hair stylists - his father, also Daniel, has counted Princess Diana, Madonna and Margaret Thatcher among his customers.
A 30-year veteran of the industry, Galvin Jr has also secured a star-studded client list featuring the likes of Kelly Brook, Amanda Holden, Holly Valance, Danielle Lineker, Louis Walsh and Trevor Eve, while his Belgravia salon features regularly in E4's Made in Chelsea.
When it opens, his new salon will complement the strikingly designed Lanesborough Club & Spa, the hotel's recently opened wellness, fitness and beauty area where further facilities include treatment rooms, a hydro-therapy pool, an experience shower, saunas and steam rooms and a Painting Room for manicures and pedicures.
