Lea Salonga is part of Netflix's "Centaurworld"
18 Jun – Lea Salonga recently announced that she is a part of the voice talents of the upcoming Netflix animated musical series, "Centaurworld".
The musical star shared the good news on social media by sharing a trailer of the new series, writing, "Yahooooo! Been sitting on this for more than a year!"
"This was a blast to work on! Hoping I get to see all the voice actors in person at some point and get to hug their necks!" she added.
Aside from Salonga, other voice talents include Kimiko Glenn, Jessie Mueller, Josh Radnor and Megan Hilty. Salonga made no mention as to what character she voiced in the series.
The upcoming animated series tells the story of a hardened war horse transported away from battle and finds herself in a land that's inhabited by silly, singing centaurs of all shapes and sizes.
"Centaurworld" will begin streaming on Netflix on 30 July.
