Stars from those TV shows and the Broadway community teamed up to cover that Burt Bacharach chestnut on the Democratic National Convention stage “in tribute to the lives affected by gun violence.”

The pass-the-mic-(and-do-it-quickly) staging was a tad puzzling — surely Hillary Clinton’s party has deep enough pockets to cover adequate audio feeds, no? — but the eclectic and enthusiastic nature of the performance made it enjoyable nonetheless.
