Kris Jenner and Yolanda Hadid have recreated iconic scenes from '80s soap Dynasty in a new photoshoot for Harper's Bazaar.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians matriarch donned a convincing brunette permed wig and dressed up as Joan Collins's character Alexis Carrington for the shoot, while Gigi and Bella Hadid's mother portrayed Krystle Carrington, who was played by Linda Evans in the primetime U.S. show.

In one shot, the duo rocked matching gold Moschino gowns and Bulgari diamonds, while in another image, Kris and Yolanda wear Diane von Furstenberg wrap dresses while recreating an iconic fight scene in a lily pond between Alexis and Krystle.

And Joan seemingly gave her approval to the shoot, as she took to Instagram to share a screenshot of the coverage in a newspaper.

"Imitation is the highest form of flattery... so they say!" the 86-year-old wrote, with Kris quickly commenting on the post: "You are the Queen!!! No one will EVER compare or come close!!! Love you, Joan."

In the accompanying interview for Harper's Bazaar, the 63-year-old revealed she had already been in touch with the legendary Hollywood actress to tell her about the Dynasty-inspired shoot.

"Of course, Joan Collins is really a total sweetheart. I just texted her. I was like, 'I'm dressed as you for a photoshoot,'" Kris shared. "And she said, 'Send me a pic ASAP!' So I did. She got a kick out of the fact that I was going to be her."

The women have been longtime friends, and in a sweet turn of events, their supermodel daughters are also friends.

"Kendall is really good friends with Gigi and Bella, so I've had Kris at my house, and she's been on vacation to Holland with us," Yolanda explained. "There's a bond there between the families."
