Kris Jenner has shot down suggestions that Kim Kardashian’s sex tape was a publicity stunt
While some people might think that everything the Kardashian Jenners do is for fame, the matriarch of the family, Kris Jenner, has shot down suggestions that Kim Kardashian’s infamous sex tape was a publicity stunt.
The 61-year-old was talking to The Hollywood Reporter about her family, life, TV shows, and all that goes along with that, when the topic of Kim’s tape was raised.
Kris firstly rejected any rumors that claim that the tape was leaked by her or her family. In fact, she went so far as to call the experience “devastating,” while noting that it was “one of the most horrific things that we, as a family, went through.”

Continuing, she said that anyone saying otherwise was complete nonsense.
“You know, haters are gonna hate,” she said. “People are gonna come up with the most ridiculous things.”
Indeed, in the interview Kris shared her thoughts on the amount of hate and trolling that her and her family receive online.
“There’s definitely a lot of bullies out there,” she said. “The Internet is a crazy place. There’s a lot of really miserable, unhappy, terrified, angry, bitter, nasty people out there that don’t have jobs or are hopeless or depressed and sad, and they can be a big, fat, important bully by going online and typing a really ugly statement to someone else that they’ve never even met before, that has feelings and a heart.”
Jokingly, the reality TV star mogul wondered what had happened to the peace and love mantras from the ’60s. “I’m from a different generation — I’m, like, vintage,” she quipped.
In fact, Kris said that she often calls on her daughter, Kim, when the online vitriol gets to be too much. However, she said that she wouldn’t change her situation for anything, and doesn’t mind it, actually, when people say that all she does is manage her kids.
“I’m trying to create a business here, and nobody has their best interest like I do,” she said. “We all love working together and we love our situation. Why don’t you go worry about your own situation and go get a job yourself?”

We love that above all the fame and TV shows, Kris Jenner is actually just a dedicated mom to her kids and grandmother to her six grandchildren. Perhaps now that we’ve heard it from one of the family themselves, people will stop speculating about Kim’s tape and move on.
