Kris Aquino doesn't want to talk about Mocha Uson
21 Jun – Kris Aquino would rather not give Mocha Uson another advantage to use her for the latter's own gain by spending more time discussing their recent spat.
As reported on Rappler, the Queen of All Media, who appeared at a press conference for her new movie, "I Love You Hater" recently, shared that she has already made her message clear when she slammed the Presidential Communications Operations Office Assistant Secretary for previously comparing President Duterte's controversial kiss with a past clip of two women kissing her late father, Senator Ninoy Aquino moments before he was shot.
"If I talk about her, I'll give her mileage, and I worked so hard for this spotlight. That's why I'm telling all of you that I made my message clear. I just did that for my parents. But this [press conference], this is mine. You guys here, you won't go to her. So why will I gift her with something I worked hard for?" she said.
Uson has previously declined to apologise to Aquino for posting the clip in her attempt to defend Duterte, saying that her post was "not about Kris Aquino".
However, it is noted that prior to Uson's statement, Aquino has stressed that "This is about Cory and Ninoy Aquino. This is about a woman who never knew them but who continues to besmirch their name."
On the other hand, Bong Go, the Special Assistant to the President had since issued an apology on behalf of Duterte.
