Kris Aquino to appear on "Wowowin"
21 Oct – Kris Aquino recently confirmed that she will be appearing on the game show, "Wowowin" as part of her endorsement deal with shopping app Shopee.
As reported on PEP, the actress who has rarely been on TV for the past four years, stated that she was originally afraid to say yes because she didn't want to disappoint those who have been waiting for her to make a TV comeback.
"I don't want to make promises that I cannot keep, but I think it's Shopee already saying that I will be there. So if it's from Shopee, it must be true," she said.
As for Aquino, the actress said that she would not "believe" it until she is really there.
"I've said that to my fans also and my followers, until I'm holding that microphone and until I see those lights and until I see that camera with that red light on and I look at the monitor and I see myself there, even I won't be believing it. So let's pray it happens. Things can still change," she added.
At the same time, Aquino admitted that the offer from Shopee came at the right time, after many of her other projects failed to come to fruition since she left ABS-CBN four years ago.
