The media mogul debuted her Saturday night style on Instagram today, posing in a bedroom in monochrome black attire. The ensemble featured a peek-a-boo cutout minidress complete with silky satin fabric and a twisted design.
Color-coordinated attire has quickly become the must-see styling hack of 2021, offering a streamlined route into a chic ensemble. Stars like Kylie Jenner, Kristin Cavallari and even Michelle Obama have tried out the trend for themselves in the past weeks alone.
As for footwear, the Poosh founder herself continued the themed color appeal of her look with sandals from Tom Ford. These unique heels highlighted a patent finish atop a lifted platform toe and a rounded flared heel that measures close to 6 inches in height. Titled the Disco platform silhouette, the designer pair is currently sold out across the web in Kourtney’s black colorway but a brown velvet iteration retails for $1,250 on Tom Ford’s website.
The silhouette is also a favorite style of Kourtney’s younger sister Kylie Jenner. The Kylie Cosmetics creator modeled the pair in December 2020 paired with a classic tube dress; the throwback silhouette is identifiable from its straight and strapless neckline as well as its form-fitting design. Kylie’s piece in particular comes in a soft gray colorway with a bustier-inspired torso and a cut high-leg slit for added flair.
As for Kourtney Kardashian herself, the Tom Ford shoes yesterday are just one of the many chic designs in the television personality footwear rotation; her more dressed-up ensembles tend to include shoes from Balenciaga, Prada, Celine, Giuseppe Zanotti and, of course, her brother-in-law Kanye West’s Yeezy line. In addition to her Yeezy pairs, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star also favors sneakers from Veja for her workouts and from New Balance for her off-duty style. Her go-to New Balance 990v5 sneakers offer a chunky “dad shoe”-style silhouette with a blown rubber outsole and durable midsole technology.
Beyond fashion, the media mogul also created her own lifestyle brand Poosh in 2019, offering health tips, products to shop and a mix of stories online.
