King Kong Lee and Kelly Huang have broken up
13 May – King Kong Lee and Kelly Huang recently announced that they have called it quits on their relationship.
As reported on Mingpao, the TV personality and the Taiwanese actress shared the news in a live broadcast, saying that the two of them have not been together for more than a month.
Stressing that the breakup was not caused by a third party, the former couple admitted that it was due to their differences in personalities.
King Kong also said that he is grateful to Kelly, who accepted him, and thanked her for everything.
"Thank you for taking care of me and giving with your heart. Breaking up is not to deny each other, but to see each other more clearly, I can take care of everything by myself, don't worry," said Kelly.
As for the chicken wings business that they've been working on together, Kelly explained that the business was originally King Kong's and that she was just helping, and therefore the TV host will be handling it on his own in the future.
