Kim Kardashian’s son, Saint West, was hospitalized for pneumonia

Just days after the Kardashian-Jenner clan debuted their highly anticipated Christmas card, Kim Kardashian’s two-year-old son Saint West was hospitalized for pneumonia on Thursday, December 28th.

The hospitalization occurred shortly after Kim and aunties Kourtney and Khloé met up at Jennifer Lopez and A-Rod’s house for a Taco Wednesday hangout. Following the party, the tiny tot was taken to an L.A. area hospital by ambulance where he was hooked up to multiple IV and oxygen machines. But luckily, he made a speedy recovery and is now home safe.

Saint was released on Saturday, December 30th, just in time for New Year’s Eve. Kim posted on Instagram, “my precious baby boy is so strong…pneumonia is so scary. I just want to thank every nurse and doctor out there who works so hard around the clock.” She also noted that little Saint was fascinated by his first ambulance ride — aka truly looking on the bright side!

And with everyone safe and sound, Kim was able to celebrate New Year’s Eve with hubby Kanye West. The couple hosted a New Year’s Eve party, even sharing a smooch at midnight documented on Snapchat.

Kim and Kanye are expecting their third child, a daughter, via surrogate at the end of January. It definitely looks like they’ve learned how to roll with the punches on the roller coaster ride that is parenthood.

As for us, we’re just glad Saint is healthy and safe, and we’re wishing him — and the whole Kardashian-West fam — all the best in the new year.
