Kiki Sheung makes drama comeback with "Baby on Top"

12 Mar – TVB actress Kiki Sheung is making her comeback through the new series, "Baby On Top".

As reported on Mingpao, the actress whose most notable role was in the 1989 series, "Looking Back in Anger", revealed that she will be playing the mother of Kenneth Ma and James Ng's character in the series, which is also the sequel to the hit 2018 Ali Lee starrer, "Who Wants a Baby?"

Kiki revealed that she decided to accept the project after being impressed with the script and her character in the series.

"The story will resonate with a lot of women. There will be laughter and tears. My character is a person who does bad things with good intentions," she said.

Asked if she is not worried about filming in the midst of an pandemic, Kiki said that she would be more careful especially with her own personal hygiene.

"I carry a disinfectant spray everywhere. I also know TVB will regularly disinfect the shooting set. We are doing our best," she added.

Kiki's last drama was the 2015 real estate-themed series, "Brick Slaves".
