Khloe Kardashian gave designer Yousef Al-Jasmi free rein to create the stunning crystal dress she wore for her recent birthday celebrations.
The Good American co-founder spared no expense as she celebrated her 36th birthday at home with an intimate bash attended by her close friends and famous family last weekend.
Khloe shared images from the pink-themed party on social media, as she posed alongside sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner, brother Rob Kardashian, best friend Malika Haqq, Scott Disick, and ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
And the mother-of-one stunned in a long sleeved sheer gold minidress, created by Al-Jasmi, which was covered in more than 3,000 crystals and worth over $2,500 (£2,000).
The Kuwait-based designer told Page Six Style that he was trusted implicitly by the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star to create a dress perfect for her special day, and even designed a matching dress for her two-year-old daughter True Thompson.
“Khloe’s team gave me free rein to custom-create a look, which is why I love working with them,” Al-Jasmi explained. “They really trust me to create a bespoke piece.”
He said Khloe was “was super involved throughout the whole design process,” and even sent photos to the designer to use as a reference.
Al-Jasmi was also the brains behind Khloe's show-stopping dress and matching headpiece for her sister Kourtney’s 40th birthday celebration last year, and created her 1920s-inspired gown for mother Kris Jenner’s Great Gatsby-themed 60th birthday bash in 2015.
