On Saturday, less than a week after rumors that she is pregnant started to swirl around the internet, Khloe Kardashian was spotted out and about in Cleveland, Ohio, with her boyfriend Tristan Thompson. Her baggy sweatshirt provided absolutely no clarity on the matter.
