Khalil Ramos denies new movie "The Ghosting" is inspired by Bea-Gerald breakup

26 Aug – Khalil Ramos has recently denied the notion that his upcoming movie "The Ghosting" was inspired by the issue surrounding the breakup of Bea Alonzo and Gerald Anderson.

As reported on Push, the actor, who spoke about the title recently, clarified that it was inspired by titles of classic horror movies like "The Shining" and "The Conjuring", and has nothing to do with the recent issue.

"The title was also conceptualised way before the issue came out, so it has no relation to whatever controversy out there. People will understand when they watch the film," he said.

Said Ramos, there isn't any romantic angle to the horror film, which is directed by Joey de Guzman.

On the other hand, when asked if he has ever "ghosted" anyone, Ramos said that he might have done so in the past when he was much younger due to immaturity.

"But my perspectives have changed now. I think it's very rude for one to do that. I'm all for communication. [Gabbi Garcia] and I are always talking about what we want in our relationship," he said.
