KFC launches new Tori Katsu Burger, Bonito Fries

Fast food chain KFC launched two Japanese-inspired menu items, the Tori Katsu Burger and Bonito Fries, on Monday (10 September).

Priced at $5.50, the Tori Katsu Burger comprises a marinated chicken fillet coated with breadcrumbs and topped with Japanese white shredded cabbage. Packed between two sesame buns, the fillet is drizzled with special Katsu sauce and mayonnaise.

The Bonito Fries, priced at $4.50, is drizzled with special Katsu sauce and mayonnaise as well, and is sprinkled with bonito flakes.

KFC is also offering the Tori Katsu Burger Meal priced at $7.55, which consists of one Tori Katsu Burger, one medium Fries and one regular Pepsi Black, and the Tori Katsu Burger Deluxe Meal priced at $8.75, which consists of one Tori Katsu Burger, one Bonito Fries and one regular Pepsi Black.

There is also the Tori Katsu Box priced at $9.45, which includes one Tori Katsu Burger, one piece of Chicken, one regular Fries, one regular Whipped Potato, and one regular Pepsi Black.

The Tori Katsu Burger and Bonito Fries are available at all KFC outlets islandwide, excluding KFC Changi Airport Terminal 1, Singapore Zoo and KidZania.
