A police report of an alleged assault by Kevin Spacey on a teenager states that there was video evidence of the incident recorded on Snapchat.

Spacey has been accused of groping the teenage boy, the son of former Boston TV news anchor Heather Unruh, at a bar in Nantucket in 2016 when he was 18.

The report, which was obtained by MassLive.com, says that the teenager sent footage of Spacey to his girlfriend on the social media platform to prove he was telling the truth about it.

His girlfriend then confirmed to Police that she’d seen the video

Spacey is facing a charge of indecent assault on a person over the age of 14 over the alleged encounter at The Club Car Bar, where the teenager was working as a bus boy.

“[Unruh’s son] said the whole thing was embarrassing and has not had a ‘profound emotional effect’ on him,” attending Trooper Gerald F. Donovan wrote in the official report. “[He] called the police because he doesn’t want what happened to him to happen to anyone else.”

Unruh publicly accused Spacey of molesting her son last year.

“Kevin Spacey bought him drink after drink after drink and when my son was drunk, Spacey made his move and sexually assaulted him,” she said during a televised press conference.

The reports details that the teenager told police that he’d been plied with drinks by Spacey, who then asked him to come back to his house.

Though he refused, he claims that Spacey then began rubbing his thigh in the crowded bar, and unzipped his trousers and touched him without his consent.

“[Unruh’s son] didn’t know what to do. He didn’t want to get in trouble at work or get his work in trouble,” the report continued. “He knows he’s only 18, he’s not supposed to be drinking, and he’s not supposed to be drinking at work.”

The claims come after Spacey, who has been out of the public eye ever since the first accusations of sexual assault were levelled against him in 2017 by actor Anthony Rapp, released a bizarre video entitled ‘Let Me Be Frank’ on his YouTube channel on Christmas Eve.

In it, he has assumed his character of Frank Underwood from House of Cards, and embarks on a monologue.

“You trusted me even though you knew you shouldn’t. So we’re not done, no matter what anyone says, and I know what you want,” he says.

“You want me back.”

Spacey was accused by Star Trek: Discovery actor Rapp of assaulting him at a party when he was 14, and Spacey was 26.

It was followed by dozens of other accusations dating back decades.

Spacey was later fired from House of Cards, and was recast in the movie All The Money In The World by director Ridley Scott.

A planned biopic of Gore Vidal was later scrapped by Netflix too.
