Kevin Cheng sacrifices family plans for Grace Chan
26 Feb - Although Kevin Cheng had once admitted that he is ready to settle down, he recently expressed willingness to put his family plans aside for his younger girlfriend, Grace Chan.
As reported on Minggpao, the 47-year-old actor, who spoke candidly about his relationship for the first time recently, stated that he will sacrifice his own plans so that his 25-year-old girlfriend can pursue her showbiz dream.
"She still wants to focus on her career, and I don't want her to have any regrets. That's why I will let her do what she wants until she is fully satisfied," he said.
He added, "I will not rush her. She can continue doing what she loves. It's that simple."
When asked what drew him to Grace, Kevin responded that the actress has both beauty and brains.
"She has a good heart. She's very nice and very smart. She cares about her friends, and loved ones," said the actor.
He also revealed that Grace is sometimes much more mature than him, especially when handling a conversation.
"She is better at communicating with the media than I am. She really has both wisdom and beauty," he said.
