Kendall Jenner credits her famous sisters and mother Kris Jenner with helping her develop confidence.
The 24-year-old model, who has been open about her struggle with anxiety, revealed during an interview with Vogue Australia that while her journey to self-love hasn't been easy, her sisters Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian, and younger sibling Kylie Jenner, have inspired her to be more confident.
"Growing up in a household of really independent and successful women has been key to developing my confidence," Kendall explained. "I am so fortunate to have sisters who have gone through life ahead of me (and) I've also learned so much from my mom."
The model said the unwavering support of her family has helped her to feel more self-assured, but noted that she still needs time to look after herself.
"I feel like I've been able to find a new perspective on confidence and a comfort being myself," she shared. "I have also found that so as long as I take the time for self-love and self-care moments, confidence comes more naturally."
Kendall confessed her perfect day off would be spent at home, probably in bed, and binge-watching her favourite TV shows.
"I think my ideal day would be spent in bed for the first half and then doing something low key with friends and family," she said. "In my spare time, I love watching movies, reading and binging whatever TV shows I can."
And while Kendall is used to travelling a lot for work, she's shared that comfort is key when she's flying long-haul.
"I like to keep it pretty simple. A nice pair of vintage jeans and either a tank top or white tee is my go-to! I'm also into monochrome sweats - it's the best excuse to travel in PJs and still feel kind of stylish," she added.
