Katy Kung revamps style for new drama
16 Aug – Girl-next-door Katy Kung recently surprised many when she unveiled her new look to play a contract killer in the upcoming TVB drama, "Assassin", Mingpao reported.
The actress made her appearance at the press conference of the said drama on 7 August sporting a black top showing her midriff, coupled with a skirt and fishnet stockings, accessorized boots, and bat tattoos drawn on the side of her neck.
To top it off, she also cut her already short hair, shaved it on the side and dyed it red.
When asked about the new look, Katy shared that she has no qualms trying out the new look for the sake of her role, who she described as a "crazy sexy assassin".
"She despises men who have affairs and would always aim to attack the men's lower area. I have a lot of fight scenes especially with Wayne [Lai], so now I am afraid that I may accidentally hit him there," she said with a laugh.
The upcoming drama, co-starring Wayne Lai and Moses Chan, will begin filming soon.
